Wiwynn Unveils Next-Gen AI Infrastructure at Computex 2025

Wiwynn has showcased its latest AI servers and cooling solutions at Computex 2025, featuring NVIDIA and AMD technologies.

Wiwynn has showcased its next-generation AI infrastructure at Computex 2025, announced in a press release. The company introduced advanced AI servers developed in collaboration with Wistron, featuring NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 systems and AMD Instinct MI350 series GPUs.

The NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 system, a fully liquid-cooled AI platform, is built on 72 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs and offers a significant increase in AI factory output for reasoning model inference. Additionally, the AMD Instinct MI350 series GPUs provide a 35x improvement in inference performance compared to previous models.

Wiwynn also highlighted its advanced cooling solutions, including a double-sided cold plate and a 3.5Kw Electrochemical Additive Manufacturing (ECAM) based cold plate, developed with Fabric8Labs. These innovations aim to enhance thermal efficiency and meet the growing demands of high-power computing in data centers.

The company further showcased cutting-edge networking solutions like the NVIDIA Spectrum-X Ethernet for AI networking, designed to support multi-tenant, hyperscale AI clouds. These developments underscore Wiwynn's commitment to advancing AI infrastructure and data center technologies.
