WiredRE Completes Major AI Data Center Transaction in Dallas
Wired Real Estate Group has successfully completed the development and sale of a 1,000+ megawatt AI infrastructure site in Dallas, marking one of the largest AI-focused data center projects of 2024, announced in a press release. The site, initially insolvent, was transformed into a market-ready, power-enabled asset in under a year and is now under the control of a global cloud service provider.
The project was enabled by the WiredRE Platform, which leverages a network of over 10,000 sector experts and relationships with hyperscale buyers to facilitate such large-scale developments. WiredRE's Founder and CEO, Everett Thompson, highlighted the structured approach that focused on technical viability, power development, and buyer alignment, which more than doubled the expected exit value and accelerated the time-to-close.
WiredRE is actively pursuing similar projects across the Americas, LATAM, APAC, and EMEA, positioning itself at the intersection of energy, land, and institutional capital to meet the growing demand for AI infrastructure.
