Winston Agency Introduces AI Transformation Program for Marketing Teams
Winston Agency has launched a new AI transformation offering designed to help enterprise and growth marketing teams integrate AI into daily operations, announced in a press release. The Los Angeles-based agency said the program includes hands-on training, workflow design, and implementation support. Eight client teams have been trained and thirteen workshops delivered so far.
The program builds on Winston’s AI-augmented creative model, which has been applied to campaigns and content systems for clients such as AAA, SmartRecruiters, NETGEAR, and CubeSmart. Over the last two years, the agency has completed 112 campaigns, reporting a 30 to 70 percent improvement in delivery speed and cost savings of more than $800,000.
Founded by Chris Byrne and Chris Doe, Winston operates with an AI integrated approach across all stages of creative work rather than adding AI to existing processes. The agency tests between ten and twenty tools per quarter and has spent about $83,000 on AI-related software to date.
The company has grown its client base across technology, consumer electronics, and financial services, adding sixteen new clients and increasing revenue by 94 percent over the past year. Winston now employs 40 staff members, combining United States-based leadership with a Latin American production team to maintain flexibility and cost efficiency.
