Widex expands Allure AI RIC hearing aid to US and Europe

Oct 14, 2026
Widex is making its Allure AI RIC hearing aid available in 15 additional countries, with a US rollout beginning in October 2026.

Widex announced in a press release that its Allure AI RIC hearing aid with Clarity Boost is now available in 15 additional countries, including the US and major European markets. The US rollout begins in October 2026.

The hearing aid uses Widex's W1 chip for standard sound processing and a dedicated AI coprocessor for Clarity Boost. Wearers can activate the feature with one tap to reduce background noise while retaining surrounding sounds.

Widex says its comparative research found that five times more participants preferred Allure AI RIC over two competing premium hearing aids with AI based noise reduction. The company also measured up to 20% better speech understanding and up to 13% less listening effort in a conversation involving two alternating speakers.

Widex also added Zen Therapy to its latest Compass Cloud release. Hearing care professionals can use Zen listening programs, app support and online counseling tools to personalize tinnitus support for Allure users.
