Transphere Consulting has been appointed as the official overseas recruitment partner, coordinating international nominations and conducting initial screenings. Selected candidates will receive invitation codes to the official SAIL portal for submission.

Projects will be evaluated across four categories: technological superiority, real-world applicability, innovation, and industry leadership. Applications are open to AI founders, research institutions, and enterprises worldwide.
