Visier Expands Workforce AI with Glean Integration and New Planning Tools

Visier introduced new features for its Workforce AI platform at the Outsmart 2026 conference in Palm Springs, announced in a press release. The updates include expanded integrations and new planning capabilities designed to connect workforce insights directly to business actions.

The company unveiled the Glean MCP Connection, which links Visier’s Workforce Intelligence platform to Glean, the enterprise AI search and assistant platform. This integration allows managers and business leaders to access Visier workforce insights within Glean’s interface, removing the need to switch between applications.

Visier also introduced new features such as Workforce Programs and Guided Workforce Planning. These tools bring together demand planning, skills planning, and organizational design into a single connected experience. The enhancements aim to keep workforce strategies current as business conditions change.

The new Glean integration and updated Workforce AI capabilities will be available to enterprise customers beginning in May 2026.
