NetDocuments announced that Vincent by Clio has joined its ndConnect interoperability program, enabling legal professionals to access AI-powered international legal research within their document workflows securely.

NetDocuments announced in a press release that Vincent by Clio has joined its ndConnect interoperability program. The announcement was made during the company's Inspire APAC conference in Melbourne, where NetDocuments highlighted the integration as part of its secure AI ecosystem for legal professionals.

The partnership allows users to access Vincent by Clio’s AI-driven legal research directly within the NetDocuments environment. Shared customers can securely search statutes, case law, and analytics from the Clio Library—an extensive database covering over 100 jurisdictions—without leaving their document management workspace.

Through ndConnect, legal professionals can share select content with approved AI tools, automatically store AI-generated insights, and maintain compliance and governance standards. The integration aims to connect research and document workflows in a unified, secure system.

According to NetDocuments, the collaboration expands the ndConnect ecosystem by combining its document governance capabilities with Clio’s global legal research platform, providing a more secure and efficient experience for law firms worldwide.
