Vi Introduces AI Agent Suite for Healthcare and Closes $145 Million Transaction
Vi announced in a press release a new suite of AI agents designed for healthcare, life sciences, and wellness enterprises. The agents are integrated across Vi's Activate, Engage, and Operate applications and serve as an AI execution layer to guide next best actions for patients, care teams, and operational workflows.
The agents use Vi's Data Web, which includes a large dataset of clinical, behavioral, and operational signals, to support real time decision making. They are designed to improve areas such as patient care navigation, physician action recommendations, clinical trial acceleration, drug commercialization, and operational efficiency.
Vi reports serving more than one hundred large enterprise customers and supporting over 190 million lives. The company states it has helped bring more than fifty drugs to market and generated over two billion dollars in measurable value across its partners.
In parallel with the product launch, Vi completed a 145 million dollar transaction that values the company at 1.64 billion dollars. The funding includes both primary and secondary capital and will support talent retention, platform investment, and balance sheet strengthening. Investors include General Atlantic, Revelstoke, 1902 Capital managed by The Pritzker Organization, Square Peg, Savano Capital, and Island Green.
