Veeva Systems Acquires Copli and Launches Falcon MLR for Automated Content Review
Veeva Systems has acquired Copli, a company known for its agentic medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) solutions for the life sciences industry. The acquisition and product launch were announced in a press release.
The Copli platform is now available as Veeva Falcon MLR, an agentic solution that automates MLR content review processes. According to Veeva, Falcon MLR can potentially reduce manual MLR labor by more than 70 percent within five years. The system applies automated compliance checks against approved labels and local regulations to minimize manual effort.
Falcon MLR integrates with Veeva PromoMats, allowing marketing teams, MLR groups, and agencies to conduct faster and more consistent reviews of promotional and medical materials. Veeva stated that the new tool helps reviewers focus on strategic tasks by automating routine checks.
A webinar introducing Veeva Falcon MLR is scheduled for July 9 at 10 a.m. ET, with registration open at FalconMLR.veeva.com.
