The funding will support the expansion of Nadia, Valence's AI coaching platform, which is already deployed at scale across Fortune 500 companies such as Experian, Delta Air Lines, Kraft Heinz, and General Mills.

Nadia, the world's first enterprise AI coach, has been operational since early 2023 and is designed to provide personalized coaching to employees. It has been integrated into various corporate processes, such as performance management at Experian and leadership support at Delta Air Lines. The platform is noted for its high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and its ability to adapt to company-specific cultures and workflows.

The new funding will enable Valence to accelerate product development, expand market efforts, and grow its team. The company is also focusing on governance, security, and trust to ensure Nadia's compliance with global standards. Sameer Dholakia from Bessemer Venture Partners will join Valence's board, bringing experience from AI investments in companies like Anthropic and Abridge.
