V2X Completes Acquisition of QinetiQ US Intelligence Business

V2X, Inc. has finalized its acquisition of QinetiQ's U.S. Intelligence business, enhancing its national security capabilities.

V2X, Inc. has successfully completed its acquisition of QinetiQ's U.S. Intelligence business, a move that significantly enhances its national security capabilities. The transaction, valued at approximately $24 million net of estimated tax benefits, was announced in a press release. This acquisition brings approximately 70 professionals with expertise in intelligence and cyber operations into V2X, expanding its access to critical national security programs.

Jeremy C. Wensinger, President and CEO of V2X, stated that the acquisition strengthens the company's position in the Intelligence Community and enhances its ability to deliver data-enabled mission solutions across all domains. The integration of the QinetiQ Intelligence business into V2X's national security portfolio is already underway and will continue over the coming months.
