Visteon Launches AI Compute System With Chery

Visteon launched its SmartCore High Performance Compute system with Chery and reported third quarter sales of $970 million.

Visteon launched its SmartCore High Performance Compute system with Chery Auto Group, the company said in a press release. The system integrates AI capabilities and is available in the Chery Freelander 8 in China.

Visteon launched 21 products across 14 customers during the third quarter of 2026. Other launches included a cockpit domain controller for the BMW i3, digital clusters for Audi and Royal Enfield vehicles, and a driver display for the Lexus TZ.

The automotive electronics supplier reported quarterly sales of $970 million, up 6% from the previous year, and net income of $5 million. Adjusted EBITDA was $46 million after $77 million in exceptional warranty charges.

Visteon raised its full year sales guidance to $3.80 billion to $3.85 billion. It lowered its adjusted EBITDA forecast to $370 million to $410 million and its adjusted free cash flow forecast to $90 million to $130 million.
