U.S. News Partners With Candid on AI Surveys for Senior Living

U.S. News & World Report is partnering with and investing in Candid to collect feedback from senior living residents and their families through AI conversations.

U.S. News & World Report is partnering with and investing in Candid, the company said in a press release. The partnership will offer senior living operators AI tools for collecting feedback from residents and their families.

Candid's platform conducts voice and text conversations that let residents, family members and employees respond in their own words. It combines quantitative measures with sentiment analysis to identify recurring themes, operational concerns and trends.

Candid said its platform is deployed across hundreds of senior living communities in the United States and averages a response rate of about 70 percent. U.S. News evaluated communities using more than 540,000 consumer surveys for its 2026 Best Senior Living ratings.
