Houston-based Tuesday Health has announced a new partnership with Humana to expand access to value-based palliative care for Texans living with serious illness, announced in a press release.

Launching June 1, 2026, the program will offer eligible Humana members coordinated clinical guidance, proactive symptom management, and ongoing support aimed at improving quality of life. Members will have access to Tuesday Health’s interdisciplinary care teams, including nurses, social workers, nurse practitioners, and physicians.

The initiative will combine in-person and virtual visits, providing 24/7 clinical access. These teams will work alongside members’ existing clinicians to manage symptoms, assist with complex medical decisions, and support caregivers throughout the care process.

The partnership marks another step in Tuesday Health’s national expansion, as the company continues to collaborate with health plans to deliver community-based palliative care designed to reduce avoidable hospital and emergency department visits.
