True Global Ventures has joined a $30 million funding round for Prezent AI, supporting its acquisition of business presentation firm Prezentium to expand AI-driven enterprise communication solutions.

San Francisco-based venture capital firm True Global Ventures has participated in a $30 million funding round for Prezent AI, which also includes the company’s acquisition of Prezentium, announced in a press release. The round was led by Multiplier Capital and Nomura Strategic Ventures, with additional participation from Greycroft and existing investors, valuing Prezent AI at $400 million.

Prezent AI, founded by Rajat Mishra, develops AI-powered tools that automate and optimize business presentations for enterprise clients. The acquisition of Prezentium, a presentation services firm focused on the life sciences sector, expands Prezent AI’s integration of AI automation with human expertise.

According to the announcement, the combined platform will allow enterprises to generate data-driven, brand-aligned presentations quickly and integrate presentation workflows via APIs. The company aims to build what it calls a “Company Presentation Brain,” where organizational communication knowledge compounds over time.

True Global Ventures said the investment supports Prezent AI’s approach to merging AI acceleration with human creativity to improve business communication efficiency across large enterprises.
