Tripleseat Launches Tripleseat Intelligence for Event Management
Tripleseat has introduced Tripleseat Intelligence, a new AI platform for event management, announced in a press release. The system is designed to help hospitality teams manage the event lifecycle more efficiently and focus on guest experiences.
Tripleseat Intelligence uses a unified data layer built from millions of events hosted across more than 20,000 venues. It provides tools for dynamic food and beverage inventory recommendations, demand forecasting, conversational analytics, and peer benchmarking. The platform integrates directly with the existing Tripleseat environment, allowing it to act on contextual data and workflows.
The suite includes agentic tools that automate lead management, nurture long cycle deals, draft contracts, and handle real time changes. Tripleseat states that these functions help event teams increase bookings and improve operational efficiency. Alongside the AI launch, the company also introduced a refreshed visual identity to reflect its updated brand direction.
Tripleseat Intelligence is now available to early adopter customers worldwide.
