Titomic Secures $1.7M Defense Manufacturing Contract
Titomic Limited has secured an Early Manufacturing Development contract valued at USD 1.7 million with a leading defense prime contractor, announced in a press release. The agreement supports the production of next-generation defense components through Titomic’s proprietary cold spray additive manufacturing technology.
The project aims to establish and validate new manufacturing methods to accelerate production and improve supply chain resilience. Work under the contract will be carried out at Titomic’s Huntsville, Alabama facility, with completion expected by mid-2026.
As part of the collaboration, Titomic will develop manufacturing pathways to address production delays and capacity issues in the defense industrial base. The company’s Titomic Kinetic Fusion process enables rapid creation of high-strength metal parts with minimal waste, designed to help defense programs move from prototype to production more efficiently.
