Thunder Signs AWS Agreement for AI Contact Center Solutions

Thunder signed a strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services to build AI powered contact center solutions using Amazon Connect Customer and other AWS services.
Thunder has signed a strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services to deliver AI powered contact center solutions, the company announced in a press release.
The agreement covers work on customer experience systems built with AWS services, including Amazon Connect Customer. Thunder said these systems are often integrated with Salesforce technologies and support voice and digital channels.
Thunder cited work with Ansira, which consolidated support environments into Salesforce Service Cloud after its 2024 acquisitions of BrandMuscle and SproutLoud. Thunder implemented an AI powered voice assistant using Amazon Connect Customer, AWS Lambda, and Amazon OpenSearch Service.
The Ansira deployment automated common support requests and provided 24/7 support across more than 50 brands. Thunder said the system produced 30% call deflection from live agents and could be replicated for new brand groups in about three hours.
