Thoma Bravo Invests in SDC Capital Partners
Thoma Bravo, a prominent software investment firm, has announced a strategic minority investment in SDC Capital Partners, a global digital infrastructure investment firm. The investment will be funded from Thoma Bravo's balance sheet, announced in a press release.
SDC Capital Partners, founded in 2017 by Todd Aaron, focuses on developing and investing in infrastructure that supports the digital economy. The firm has completed over 25 investments across North America, South America, and Europe, specializing in large-scale data center capacity for hyperscalers in key markets worldwide.
Thoma Bravo's investment aims to leverage its extensive portfolio of over 70 leading software companies to strengthen and expand SDC's platform. The collaboration is expected to address the growing global demand for secure, scalable, and resilient digital infrastructure driven by advancements in AI and cloud computing.
