T. Rowe Price COO Kimberly Johnson to Depart; New Technology, Data, and Operations Division Formed
T. Rowe Price announced that Chief Operating Officer Kimberly Johnson will leave the firm in December 2025, according to a press release. Johnson, who has held the role since 2022, led modernization initiatives across the company’s technology, data infrastructure, and operational processes.
The firm is also establishing a new Technology, Data, and Operations function, which will be led by Chief Technology Officer Ramon Richards. Richards joined T. Rowe Price in 2023 and will now oversee enterprise operations, digital platforms, and data strategy. He will join the firm’s Management Committee and report directly to Chair, CEO, and President Rob Sharps.
The new division aims to align technology, data, and operational capabilities across the organization. Richards said the structure will focus on scalability, innovation, and performance through technology-driven operations.
