Synergy ECP Acquires NetServices to Expand Federal IT Capabilities
Synergy ECP has acquired NetServices, a provider of secure IT solutions for federal agencies, announced in a press release. The acquisition enhances Synergy ECP’s capabilities in software engineering, cybersecurity, and systems engineering across the U.S. Intelligence and Defense communities.
NetServices has operated for nearly 30 years, delivering services in IT modernization, DevSecOps, Zero Trust architecture, AI and machine learning, and enterprise operations. The company’s experience in mission-critical federal environments complements Synergy ECP’s goal of offering end-to-end technology solutions for national security programs.
The acquisition was supported by Falfurrias Management Partners, a private equity firm that partnered with Synergy ECP in 2023. The integration of NetServices expands Synergy’s access to key government missions and technical programs while increasing its scale and technical breadth in secure federal IT services.
