Synechron has announced the acquisition of RapDev, Calitii, and Waivgen, forming the largest ServiceNow practice in the financial services sector, according to a press release.

Synechron has announced the formation of a new global ServiceNow business through the acquisition of three firms: RapDev, Calitii, and Waivgen. This move creates the largest financial services-focused ServiceNow practice globally, announced in a press release.

The newly formed business will leverage ServiceNow's cloud-based platform to transform workflows and integrate AI into essential operations. While Synechron has traditionally served the banking, financial services, and insurance sectors, the acquisition allows it to expand into healthcare, pharmaceuticals, energy, utilities, and airlines.

Each acquired company brings unique strengths to the table. RapDev is noted as the world's largest Datadog partner, while Waivgen is a leading Appian partner. Calitii has extensive experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions for major banks. These acquisitions enhance Synechron's capabilities in AI-driven solutions, particularly in the financial services sector.
