Supio Launches Case Communications for Legal Case Work
Supio launched Case Communications, a communication layer that connects calls, texts, emails and faxes to legal case records, the company said in a press release. The service extends Supio Agent so it can capture information from conversations and complete related tasks.
Case Communications routes incoming messages to the relevant case, updates contacts and case records, and creates tasks with instructions. Supio Agent can also contact clients, insurers and medical providers by voice, text, email or fax to request missing information, pursue medical records and open insurance claims. Attorneys and staff can monitor the work and intervene.
Supio also introduced Agent Simon, a licensable agent created with Simon Law Group. It incorporates the firm's workflows and methods for evaluating cases, preparing depositions and managing files, allowing other firms to apply those processes to their own cases.
