Studiosity announced the acquisition of Norvalid, a company focused on student authorship validation, in a press release. The deal is expected to close by December 1, 2025.

The integration will add Norvalid’s authorship validation tools, including digital linguistic fingerprinting, to Studiosity’s AI-supported learning platform. The combined system is designed to help educators confirm authentic student work while reducing reliance on punitive AI detection methods.

Studiosity stated that its existing education partners will gain early access to the new integrated solution in the first quarter of 2026. The rollout will include participation from academic advisory groups across multiple regions.
