Stellantis and Mistral AI have announced an expanded collaboration to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) across Stellantis' operations, moving from pilot projects to full-scale deployment, announced in a press release. This partnership aims to embed generative AI throughout Stellantis, enhancing efficiency and customer value.

The collaboration will see the launch of an Innovation Lab and a Transformation Academy. These initiatives are designed to co-develop AI solutions and scale AI adoption across Stellantis, starting with sales and aftersales and extending to engineering and other domains. The Innovation Lab will focus on creating customized AI solutions, while the Transformation Academy will accelerate the transition from prototypes to production.

Stellantis and Mistral AI will focus on empowering sales and aftersales teams with AI-driven insights to improve customer interactions and decision-making. Additionally, they aim to increase efficiency by leveraging customer feedback and data intelligence to enhance development and quality across all functions. This strategic alliance is set to transform Stellantis' operations, embedding AI as a core component of its business processes.
