Steele Solutions Acquires Maysteel Industries to Expand Data Center Capabilities
Revelar Capital announced in a press release that its portfolio company Steele Solutions has acquired Maysteel Industries. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1936, Maysteel provides custom enclosures, hot aisle containment, and precision fabricated metal products for data centers, power solutions, and electrical infrastructure. The company brings engineering and manufacturing expertise that complements Steele Solutions’ existing material handling and structural platform offerings.
Revelar Capital has partnered with Steele Solutions since 2020, supporting its expansion into new product categories and markets. The addition of Maysteel broadens Steele Solutions’ presence in data center infrastructure and electrification sectors, increasing its manufacturing capacity and customer reach across North America.
Executives from both companies stated that the acquisition will strengthen Steele Solutions’ ability to deliver engineered products across high-growth sectors and enable further investment-led growth under Revelar’s ownership.
