StarCompliance has launched StarAssist, a new AI capability designed to deliver explainable insights directly within compliance workflows, announced in a press release.

StarAssist is embedded in the STAR Platform and converts complex rule outcomes into clear, natural language explanations. The system enables compliance teams to understand decision logic in real time, improving speed and accuracy while maintaining control over data and risk.

The tool provides transparency by generating regulator-ready documentation and auditable outputs. It removes the need for separate AI tools, integrating intelligence directly within employee compliance workflows such as personal account dealing, pre-clearance, and trade monitoring.

StarCompliance plans to expand StarAssist across its platform to bring explainable AI capabilities to additional compliance use cases.
