Spyne Integrates Vini AI with Cox Automotive’s VinSolutions CRM
Spyne has integrated its Vini AI system with the VinSolutions CRM from Cox Automotive, announced in a press release. The integration is designed to help dealerships streamline customer engagement and reduce manual workflow friction.
Dealerships using VinSolutions CRM can now connect Vini AI directly within their existing CRM environment. This allows teams to act on live CRM data, with customer interactions and outcomes automatically recorded to keep information current without manual updates.
Vini AI supports calling, chat, service reminders, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communication from within the VinSolutions interface. This setup enables sales and service teams to engage customers faster and maintain organized records without switching between separate systems.
