Sopra Steria Next Publishes Framework for Scaling Generative AI in Enterprises

Sopra Steria Next has released the first publication from its CIO Compass, outlining a structured approach for scaling generative AI across organizations, announced in a press release. The framework is designed to help companies move from experimental projects to stable, value-generating AI implementations.

The publication identifies ten priority actions to be undertaken over the next 18 to 24 months. These actions are organized around four pillars: AI, data, infrastructure, and performance. The company notes that while adoption of generative AI is widespread, fewer than one-third of projects reach stable production.

To address this gap, the framework emphasizes three main priorities: establishing scalable AI foundations through governance and architecture, extending adoption beyond training to integrate business and technology teams, and redesigning end-to-end business processes rather than focusing on isolated use cases. The publication aims to help CIOs convert generative AI investments into measurable business performance.
