Slang AI Launches Superhost Voice Agent for Restaurants
Slang AI announced in a press release the launch of Superhost, a voice agent built for full service restaurants. The company began rolling out the product to restaurant partners on October 5, with additional capabilities due over the coming months.
Superhost can answer questions, manage reservations and remember details from earlier conversations, including preferences, visit history, allergies and birthdays. It supports 97 languages and lets restaurants customize its greeting, accent, tone and vocabulary.
The agent can handle interruptions and changes during conversations, answer questions about uploaded menus and manage restaurant specific reservation rules. It also supports bookings for OpenTable Experiences and reviews calls through an automated quality assurance system.
