Skanska Wins USD 1.2 Billion Contract for Four US Data Centers
Skanska has signed a USD 1.2 billion contract with an existing client to build four data centers in the southeast United States, the company announced in a press release.
The contract is worth about SEK 11.2 billion and will be included in Skanska's United States order bookings for the third quarter of 2026.
The project covers about 75,000 square meters, or 808,000 square feet. Work includes construction of the buildings and interior spaces for technical areas, support areas, and offices.
Construction is scheduled to start in the third quarter of 2026 and finish in the third quarter of 2028.
