Siensmetrica Renames Itself Tessa AI

Siensmetrica changed its name to Tessa AI on October 7, aligning the company name with its biomedical research evaluation platform.

Siensmetrica changed its name to Tessa AI, effective October 7, the company said in a press release. Its website at siensmetrica.com now redirects to tessaai.co.

The company launched the Tessa research evaluation platform in May 2026. It assesses biomedical studies and displays the evidence behind each score, with users including researchers, clinicians and biopharma professionals.

Tessa AI is also building tools for manuscript review, literature analysis, checking news reports against underlying research and evaluating older published work. The company expects to release the first of these products in the coming weeks.
