Shaman Atlas has introduced a new AI powered product that converts approved pharmaceutical promotional materials into structured and reusable data, announced in a press release. The product, called Shaman Atlas, will be unveiled at the Veeva Commercial and Medical Summit in Boston on May 19–20, 2026.

The system extracts validated claims, references, regulatory content, and creative assets directly from approved layout files stored in Veeva Vault PromoMats. It reads and classifies content from channels such as approved emails, landing pages, brochures, and Detail Aids. By converting the locked information into structured data, the tool enables reuse across markets and supports compliance and generative AI applications.

Shaman developed automated extraction workflows customized for each content type to ensure reliable output suitable for medical, legal, and regulatory review. The extracted material feeds into a content intelligence layer that supports claim level provenance, compliance analysis, and content updates.

The company stated that the new product aims to help pharmaceutical teams unlock their existing validated assets for reuse and AI readiness.
