Sentien Launches SeniorSafe AI System to Stop Phone Fraud Targeting Seniors
Sentien announced in a press release the launch of SeniorSafe, an AI service that detects and stops phone fraud and scams in real time. The service is designed to protect seniors from both human and AI deepfake fraud attempts, addressing an estimated 60 billion dollars in annual phone fraud losses in the United States.
SeniorSafe operates across smartphones, traditional cellphones, landlines, and VoIP communications. It protects both inbound and outbound calls and functions without user involvement. The system uses AI to monitor ongoing conversations and intervene when it detects potential fraud, combining artificial and human intelligence to ensure user safety.
The service is now available to consumers, with integrations for telecommunications, cable, and wireless carriers expected in the third quarter of 2026. Sentien describes SeniorSafe as a cloud-based platform capable of stopping 99 percent of scam and fraud calls across all telephony channels.
