Sensi.AI has become a preferred partner for SYNERGY HomeCare, providing its care intelligence platform to franchisees nationwide as announced in a press release. The collaboration extends across SYNERGY's network of more than 250 franchisees and 625 locations in the United States.
The platform connects care, operations, and growth workflows for agencies, using continuous audio-based monitoring to give care teams better visibility into client well-being. This system helps identify issues early and adjust care plans before health declines occur. Examples cited include detecting when a senior required more frequent care visits and when another benefited from added engagement after being observed spending most of the day inactive.
Sensi.AI’s system operates around the clock and is compliant with HIPAA standards. The company says it now supports more than 80 percent of the largest home care networks in North America.
