Seekr and Fossefall Partner on Clean-Energy AI Infrastructure in Europe

November 11, 2025
Seekr Technologies and Fossefall AS have announced a multi-year agreement to build sovereign, clean-energy-powered AI infrastructure across Europe, starting with AI factories in Norway and Sweden.

US-based Seekr Technologies Inc. and Norwegian AI infrastructure company Fossefall AS have entered a multi-year commercial agreement to expand clean-energy AI capacity across Europe, announced in a press release.

The partnership will focus on deploying sovereign AI infrastructure powered by renewable energy in Northern Norway and Sweden. Fossefall will build and own AI factories that integrate power generation, storage, and AI capacity, targeting over 500 megawatts of operational capability by 2030. Seekr will reserve AI capacity for the first 36 months and collaborate on an AI cloud service that Fossefall will market under a revenue-sharing and reseller structure.

Seekr’s enterprise AI platform, SeekrFlow, will serve as the operating system for training and deploying AI models within Fossefall’s facilities. The system is designed for mission-critical environments and emphasizes explainability and governance for enterprise and government clients. Final commercial terms for the agreement are expected to be completed by the end of the year.
