Saphyre Secures $70 Million Investment from FTV Capital
Saphyre has secured a $70 million growth equity investment from FTV Capital, announced in a press release. This investment aims to accelerate Saphyre's go-to-market efforts, support ongoing product innovation, and expand its global presence in the financial services ecosystem.
Saphyre's platform leverages AI technology to automate finance operations and trading workflows, significantly reducing inefficiencies in pre- and post-trade processes. The company plans to use the investment to deepen integration across the financial services sector, enhancing operational control and risk oversight for its clients.
FTV Capital, known for its focus on high-growth capital markets technology companies, will support Saphyre's mission to streamline financial services workflows. As part of the investment, Mike Cichowski from FTV Capital will join Saphyre's board of directors, further strengthening the partnership.
