Samsung Completes Acquisition of Xealth

November 21, 2025
Samsung Electronics has finalized its acquisition of healthcare integration platform Xealth, following regulatory approvals. The deal expands Samsung’s connected care capabilities across more than 500 U.S. hospitals.

In a press release, Ziegler announced it served as exclusive financial advisor to Xealth on its sale to Samsung. The transaction, first announced in July, has now closed after meeting customary conditions and receiving regulatory approvals.

Xealth, spun out of Providence Health System, provides a platform that integrates multiple digital health solutions into a single interface for healthcare providers. The company works with over 500 U.S. hospitals and more than 70 digital health partners, enabling clinicians to prescribe, automate, and measure digital tools directly within electronic health record systems.

Samsung said the acquisition will enhance its connected care platform and help unify fragmented health information. Xealth’s integration capabilities are expected to strengthen Samsung’s efforts to support continuous patient engagement and real-time health monitoring across its ecosystem.
