Rohit Ghai Appointed CEO of Barracuda Networks

Rohit Ghai has been named the new CEO of Barracuda Networks, succeeding Hatem Naguib, who has stepped down after leading the company through significant growth.

Rohit Ghai has been appointed as the new CEO of Barracuda Networks, Inc., succeeding Hatem Naguib, who has stepped down from his role. This transition was announced in a press release by the company. Ghai, who previously served as CEO of RSA, brings over two decades of leadership experience in cybersecurity and SaaS technology companies, including EMC, Symantec, and CA Technologies.

Naguib, who has been with Barracuda since 2021, led the company through a period of transformative growth, including the launch of the BarracudaONE AI-powered cybersecurity platform and strategic expansion of its product portfolio. Under his leadership, Barracuda achieved record-breaking revenue and profitability.

Ghai's appointment marks a new chapter for Barracuda as it continues to expand its market presence. In addition to his role as CEO, Ghai will join Barracuda's board of directors, further contributing to the company's strategic direction.
