Rochefort Provides Financing to Red 6 for Augmented Reality Military Training
Rochefort Asset Management has provided financing to Red 6 Aerospace to expand deployment of its Airborne Tactical Augmented Reality System (ATARS) for military pilot training, announced in a press release.
The financing, structured as senior secured debt, will support continued rollout of ATARS across active U.S. Department of War programs. The capital will also help Red 6 advance program milestones, expand integration across existing aircraft platforms, and move toward scaled production.
ATARS combines live, virtual, and constructive training elements to allow pilots to interact with synthetic threats while flying real aircraft. The system is designed to increase training density during live flights and improve readiness in complex operational environments.
Rochefort’s investment marks a key stage for Red 6 as it scales its live-flight augmented reality system to meet growing demand for advanced pilot training solutions.
