RiverMeadow Integrates with AWS Transform for Automated Cloud Modernization

July 07, 2026
RiverMeadow Software has announced support for AWS Transform, allowing organizations to combine AI-powered migration planning with automated modernization during migration to Amazon Web Services.

RiverMeadow Software has added support for Amazon Web Services (AWS) Transform, enabling customers to pair AWS Transform’s AI planning tools with RiverMeadow’s Lift and Optimize migration platform. The announcement was made in a press release on July 7.

The integration allows organizations to use AI to assess, plan, and modernize workloads before moving them to AWS. RiverMeadow’s platform automates tasks such as operating system upgrades, database modernization, compute rightsizing, and security hardening during the migration process.

The combined offering supports Windows and Linux modernization, Microsoft SQL Server updates, and orchestration across Amazon EC2, AWS Outposts, Amazon EKS, and other AWS landing zones. The approach is designed to reduce technical debt, improve security, and shorten migration timelines.

Qualifying customers can also access AWS-funded migration assessments, software licensing, and services. These funding options can be stacked with existing AWS migration programs while preserving eligibility for future modernization initiatives.
