Rika Sensor supplied 86 coolant monitoring units for a Dubai hyperscale cloud center with 2,000 liquid cooled cabinets. The units arrived calibrated and configured to reduce installation time during commissioning.

Rika Sensor said in a press release it supplied 86 coolant monitoring units for a Dubai hyperscale cloud center. The first phase includes 2,000 dense computing cabinets that use cold plate liquid cooling with a propylene glycol and water coolant.

The units arrived calibrated and configured with communication addresses and basic alarm thresholds. Each monitoring point took less than 15 minutes to install without field calibration. The wall mounted equipment collected data through RS485 and sent it over Ethernet to a temporary management platform during commissioning.

The sensors monitor pH, electrical conductivity, oxidation reduction potential and turbidity. After the facility was handed over, access transferred to the operations and maintenance team while the historical monitoring data remained available.
