RevelAi Health has secured $3.1 million in seed funding to scale its AI-driven care coordination platform for musculoskeletal health, announced in a press release. The funding round was led by Ulu Ventures and Symphonic Capital, with participation from Orthopedic VC and other investors.

The platform functions as a 24/7 virtual care navigator, providing evidence-based triage and automating clinical documentation for orthopedic practices. It aims to streamline care transitions and reduce readmissions by aligning with value-based payment models such as the Transforming Episode Accountability Model (TEAM).

The seed capital will be used to enhance electronic health record integrations, expand AI-collected outcome surveys, and grow the company's engineering and research teams. RevelAi Health's platform is designed to support healthcare providers in managing the increasing demand for musculoskeletal care while addressing the projected physician shortage.
