Renaissance Names Gerri Martin-Flickinger as Board Chair

Renaissance has appointed Gerri Martin-Flickinger, former Starbucks CTO and Adobe CIO, as Chair of its Board of Directors to support its global education technology strategy.

Renaissance has appointed Gerri Martin-Flickinger as Chair of its Board of Directors, announced in a press release. Martin-Flickinger previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Starbucks, where she led the company's global technology strategy.

Before joining Starbucks, Martin-Flickinger was Chief Information Officer at Adobe, where she helped transition the company to a cloud-based subscription model. She also held CIO roles at Verisign, McAfee, and Network Associates.

In addition to her new role at Renaissance, Martin-Flickinger currently serves as Chair of the Board for Ellucian and as a board member at Charles Schwab. Renaissance stated that her experience in large-scale digital transformation and AI-driven innovation will support its mission to enhance learning outcomes across its global education technology platform.
