Regeneron plans to use Vault CRM to generate Commercial Evidence from AI powered field engagement. The system is designed to capture information from field interactions, including barriers to treatment adoption.

Vault CRM is part of the Veeva Vault CRM Suite for commercial execution in life sciences. Its Agentic Call Report feature records field interaction insights that Veeva says may otherwise be missed in structured forms.
