RADCOM Ltd. has entered a multi-year partnership with 1GLOBAL to deploy its AI-driven assurance solution, RADCOM ACE, across global network operations supporting over 43 million connections.

RADCOM Ltd. has entered a multi-year partnership with 1GLOBAL to deploy RADCOM ACE, an AI-powered assurance platform for network optimization, announced in a press release. The deployment will support more than 43 million connections across Europe, North America, and Asia.

RADCOM ACE provides real-time insights and AI-driven analytics to monitor network performance and ensure service quality. Built on a cloud-native architecture, the platform includes features such as AI-based anomaly detection, rule-based correlation, and user-plane analytics for voice and data traffic.

The system will enable 1GLOBAL to enhance customer experience while reducing operational costs. It is designed to scale with network growth and traffic demands, supporting both 4G and 5G environments and future use cases like closed-loop automation and agentic AI.

1GLOBAL operates as a mobile communications provider in over 40 countries, while RADCOM specializes in AI-driven network assurance and analytics solutions for telecom operators worldwide.
