Queen One raised $25 million to expand its commerce CRM platform, grow its sales teams, and launch an advertising business.

Queen One announced in a press release that it raised $25 million from investors including Mercury Fund, Full In, Connecticut Innovations, CP Overture, Charge Ventures, Inspired Capital, and existing investors. The Brooklyn company said the funding brings its total external venture investment and performance based incentives to more than $37.5 million.

Queen One said it will use the capital to expand its commercial organization, invest in its AI infrastructure for commerce, and launch an advertising business led by Andres Moran, former head of advertising at Wunderkind.

The company also introduced a Transition Program for brands moving from legacy commerce platforms. The program includes no cost data migration, waived implementation fees, and a 24 month price lock at Queen One standard rates.
