Pulsenmore Selected for Israel's Healthcare AI Sandbox Program
Pulsenmore has been selected to participate in Israel's Healthcare AI Regulatory Sandbox Program, established by the Israel Innovation Authority and the Israeli Ministry of Health, announced in a press release. The company will receive funding from the Innovation Authority as part of an initiative to accelerate the evaluation and clinical validation of artificial intelligence technologies in healthcare.
Pulsenmore's home ultrasound system allows pregnant women to perform physician-prescribed scans from home using a device linked to a smartphone. Each session is transmitted securely for physician review. The company reports that its technology is already in use by providers such as Clalit Health Services and other clinical partners, with over 250,000 home scans completed.
The AI applications developed under the sandbox program will analyze ultrasound images to identify key clinical parameters before results reach physicians. This is intended to reduce review time and enable faster feedback to patients. Pulsenmore will collaborate with Beilinson Hospital, part of the Clalit Health Services network, for development and validation of these AI tools.
