The research outlines how AI adoption in contract lifecycle management (CLM) is improving efficiency, compliance, and strategic decision-making.

The report features leading companies including Icertis, Palantir Technologies, and DocuSign, alongside data from The Hackett Group, Gartner, and the ProcureCon CPO Report 2025. According to the findings, 90% of procurement leaders are exploring or deploying AI tools to streamline operations, while 58% have implemented or plan to implement AI solutions.

The study also notes that organizations using CLM systems have achieved up to 65% greater contracting efficiency and reduced noncompliance losses by as much as 80%. AI tools are enabling faster negotiations with real-time visibility into risk and compliance, shifting procurement roles from administrative functions toward more strategic responsibilities.
