Predoc Launches Curated Data Layer for Medical Records

August 27, 2026
Predoc has launched Predoc Curated Data, a tool that aggregates and structures patient records from EHRs, scans, faxes, pharmacies, imaging networks, and other sources.

Predoc announced in a press release the general availability of Predoc Curated Data, a solution for aggregating and structuring patient records from multiple sources. The product is designed to turn information from EHRs, scans, faxes, pharmacies, imaging networks, and other systems into data that clinical and analytics systems can use.

Predoc said the tool extracts clinical information from structured and unstructured records, normalizes data across sources, and reduces duplication and inconsistency. It creates a longitudinal patient record for clinical workflows, monitoring, analytics, and AI applications.

The company said fragmented records often remain in PDFs and scans across a patient care history. Predoc was founded in 2022 and says its platform has processed more than 10 million pages of medical records.
